2018 National Award Winner for NCWIT Aspirations in Computing

I have been announced as the 2018 National Honorable Mention of the NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing for my work founding Girls Can Code, creating SaveBB, organizing library girls coding workshops, and assisting as an intern for the Congressional App Challenge. Thank you to the reviewers, selection committee, and the NCWIT Aspirations in Computing team for this award!

NCWIT Aspirations in Computing is a development initiative for young women with aspirations and achievements in computing and information technology. The program consists of an award for high school students as well as a community for college women. Sponsors include AT&T, Bank of America, Bloomberg, Google, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Microsoft, Motorola Solutions Foundation, Northrop Grumman, and Symantec.
